About This Event
The 2026 AAU Adirondack Taekwondo District Qualifier returns on Saturday, May 16, 2026, hosted at the brand-new M&T Bank Center. This premier venue sets the stage for what has been the Capital District’s flagship Taekwondo event for over 20 years.
This tournament is an A1 Ranking Event, awarding official AAU ranking points in all divisions toward the 2026 AAU National Championships. Ranking points earned at this event will directly impact seeding at AAU Nationals, making this a must-attend competition for athletes at every level.
Whether you are a first-time competitor or a seasoned athlete pursuing Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this event offers world-class competition, professional organization, and an unforgettable experience for athletes and families alike.

🏆 AAU Adirondack Team Members
Any athlete who earns Gold in 3 or more divisions will be honored as an AAU Adirondack Team Member and receive:
An AAU Adirondack Team Jacket
An AAU Adirondack Team Uniform
✈️ Coach Travel Incentive
Coaches / Masters / Instructors who bring 30 or more registered athletes will earn a $400 flight stipend toward travel to AAU Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
