Join Dr. Jennifer Stelter, Clinical Psychologist, Dementia Care Consultant, John Hopkins author, and national speaker from the Dementia Connection institute, as she discusses what is normal as we age compared to what is dementia.

She'll discuss the research that points to risk factors contributing to developing dementia and six practical strategies that you can do to lower risk. Then, Dr. Stelter will help you develop a plan to implement these strategies into your lifestyle.
