Trap Shoot
Trapshooting is a specific form of clay target shooting. Trapshooting is a game of movement, action and split-second timing. It requires the accuracy and skill to repeatedly aim, fire and break the 4 1/4 inch disc which are hurled through the air at a speed of 41 mph, simulating the flight path of a bird fleeing a hunter. Monday nights RABBITS (clay discs) are scooted along the ground escaping the hunter.
Cost $6 per round. Age 16 and under is $5 per round.
Sunday Morning Trap is held monthly during the summer on the first Sunday of the month, beginning at 9AM. First event of year is Sunday, March 1, 2026.
Monday Night Trap is held each Monday during the summer beginning at 5PM til range close. First event of year is April 6, 2026.
