Sound Bath

Our regular Ladies Meeting this month will be a sound bath. 26th January 6-8pm
at The Street, Lower Clark Street.
At the back of the coach park, just off Dean Road.

If you have a mat to lie down on, please bring it, we do have a couple of spares. If you want to sit on a chair, that's fine. If you can, bring a drink of water. Wear something comfortable and bring a blanket if you want. The sound bath will be 45-60 mins, with time to chat before and after. If you have any questions please just message, I'll answer as soon as possible
