Meditation & Mindfulness for Gentle Healing

Join us this Monday, 24th November at 10 am for our Meditation & Mindfulness session. 🧘‍♀️

This month we are focusing on gentle healing, to uplift the spirits, shake off any unwanted feelings and step into that cosy wintery hibernation feeling. Please bring a blanket to snuggle in and get comfy for a beautiful candle lit morning of healing nourishment. 🕯

Join us this Monday at 10am at Beeforth's Hive, South Cliff Gardens, Scarborough. YO11 2BA. 🌸

£5 - £10 (Pay what you can; cash preferred, card accepted).

No need to book; just turn up on the day.
