Full Moon Energy Workshop

Join Kristine Keegan Tuesday October 7th for her next Full Moon Energy Workshop.

In this 2 hour class, we'll delve into the mysteries of our physical and energetic bodies, uncovering areas where tension and stagnation may be holding us back. Using the potent tools of breath, movement, and mantra, we'll create a sacred space for release, transformation, and renewal. By exploring the body's subtle energy pathways, including chakras and meridians, we'll cultivate a profound sense of inner awareness, allowing us to listen to our bodies' whispers and honor their deepest wisdom.
