Full Moon Eclipse Energy Workshop

Join Kristine Keegan September 7th on the eve of the rise of the "full Harvest Moon" as Earth experiences its second total lunar eclipse of the year! The moon drifts into the shadow of the Earth loosing its brightness and turning a reddish-orange, also know as the "Blood Moon". This beautiful event often evokes feelings of awe, and symbolizes a time of renewal and preparation for the coming season.

In this 2 hour class, we'll delve into the mysteries of our physical and energetic bodies, uncovering areas where tension and stagnation may be holding us back. Using the potent tools of breath, movement, and mantra, we'll create a sacred space for release, transformation, and renewal. By exploring the body's subtle energy pathways, including chakras and meridians, we'll cultivate a profound sense of inner awareness, allowing us to listen to our bodies' whispers and honor their deepest wisdom.
Bonus will be an extended savasana where you will have an opportunity to pull Oracle cards, cultivate an intention and receive reiki.
