Chenrezig practice instructions and retreat day
With Gelong Thubten – Saturday September 20th 10am to 5pm (with breaks)

A day of instruction and practical sessions on the Chenrezig practice, which is done every week here at the centre.

Open to all, beginners and the more experienced.
