Sound Bath

Yesterday's full moon ushered in the eclipse portal, a time where deep shifts and healing can occur.

Sometimes portals are a time to do active work.

Other times, they are calling us to slow down, notice, accept what comes up, and release what we no longer need.

This eclipse portal has the energy of the latter...
