Each week, you and your partner will complete 4 new activities across our 4 challenge categories:
Plan: This will include things like setting goals and meal prepping
Train: This will be about completing various training activities
Recover: Engage in our recovery activities
Shine: Get your Mind Right & Be The Light Activities
Bonus Points
8 Bonus Points for the greatest transformation as indicated by final measurements of both partners.
