Join us on Thursday, October 23rd at the Haw River Ballroom for “Music for Mental Health,” presented by Be Good to Yourself - Mental Health for North Carolina musicians. BGTY is an organization focused on bringing free or greatly discounted mental health and addiction counseling and treatment for North Carolina musicians, venue and studio workers and their families.

We are thrilled to announce that the Connells, the Roman Spring and the Veldt have agreed to play!

Be Good to Yourself started in late 2019, we have since partnered with The SIMS Foundation and Backline to start serving the NC music community.

Backline is a national organization focused on mental health + music and already has a network of providers in place to start serving the music community across North Carolina.

This event is the culmination of six years of work, fundraising, event organization and a lot of love.

We are very excited to make the formal announcement that we can finally start providing the mental health and addiction care our North Carolina musicians, venue and studio workers and their families deserve. And as early as January, 2026!
