Participants will walk forested trails at a relaxed pace while practicing mindfulness, deep breathing, and intentional movement. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve fitness, or simply enjoy time outdoors, these walks offer a welcoming space to refresh your body and mind. No prior experience required—just comfortable shoes and a willingness to unwind.
