Join me on October 11th at Lake Mayer Park for the 2025 Walk a Mile in My Shoes event — a celebration of White Cane Safety Day and a powerful step forward for individuals who are blind or have low vision.
This incredible event is sponsored by Savannah Center for Blind & Low Vision (SBLV) and Lil Vision Center, organizations that help people live independently, return to work, and find normalcy after vision loss.
💙 Personally, SBLV has shown me that there is life after blindness — they’ve given me the skills, support, and confidence to keep moving forward.
