Canning Jam Session #4

Water-bath canning is easy when you understand why each step matters. We will get hands on making strawberry jam. You’ll participate in each step and learn the why behind them. Then you’ll go home with a jar of jam that you made. BONUS: tasting included!
All supplies are provided, but a small box to bring your warm jar of jam home in, would be helpful.
