The AVANTI TRIO: Music at the Museum

It will be a listening treat to hear guitarists Amy Brucksch, Julie Goldberg and Christopher Teves perform favorite contemporary melodies such as Shenandoah, Blackbird and Here Comes the Sun.
The Avanti Trio’s repertoire ranges from Baroque to Contemporary, featuring creative transcriptions of classical masterpieces and forays into Rock, Pop and Jazz. Approachable, and welcoming, all three musicians are nationally and/or internationally recognized. Especially noteworthy is the honor bestowed to Julie, her being the first guitarist to receive a Doctorate in Music Performance from Northwestern University.
