As we move toward the earthiness of late summer and fall, this seasonal Yin Yoga practice supports you in rebalancing, grounding, and softening inward.
Expect long-held, floor-based poses that open the chest, shoulders, and inner arms, paired with mindful breath and meditation. This is an ideal time to nourish your heart space, let go of summer’s intensity, and realign with your inner rhythm.
