Experience a joyful and soulful class that blends mantra, chanting, dancing, and uplifting vinyasa (flow) yoga. Together, we’ll move through practices that awaken the heart, free the voice, and connect body, mind, and spirit. The rhythm of music and breath will carry you as we explore playful movement, energizing flow, and moments of stillness and reflection. This class is an invitation to release, celebrate, and expand into joy—leaving you feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected.
