Designed for all levels, the experience is both energizing and grounding—building strength and stability while maintaining a steady, intentional pace. The serene setting enhances focus, allowing you to reset physically and mentally while enjoying the natural beauty of the bay.

After class, guests are welcome to enjoy the lockers and steam room or unwind with a coffee at Poggio to complete the experience.
