Youth Kung Fu Classes at CASS

Ages: 13-18

Always wanted to learn a martial art?
Looking to pick up a fun sport in an inclusive community?
Want to build confidence and discipline?

Our ten week beginner's program will introduce students to kung fu and martial arts. By the semester's end, you will be able to respond to most common attacks and understand the fundamentals of fighting. You won't be a master but you'll have taken the first step.

Our teaching philosophy blends modern sports science with the traditions of wing chun kung fu to learn safe, effective, and efficient combat techniques. If you want to compete, we'll help you reach your goals, but we do not require students to compete.

If you are willing to work hard, respect your teammates, and do your best, we look forward to training with you.
