About the event

Rest & Relax Yoga - Nov 27th

This is a 75 minute class on Thurs Nov 27th from 6:30-7:45pm.

This will be a restorative and restful class to allow our bodies to stretch in a passive way and allow the nervous system to relax so we feel peace and calm. An excellent class for stress management! All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket or other props (including a warm cup of tea!).

Cost is $25.
