Chakra Dance - Somatic Experiencing with Sound and Sharing

Each week, we gather to explore one of the seven chakras, Week 1 focuses on the Root Chakra, followed by the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras in the weeks that follow. Through intuitive movement and dance set to a carefully curated soundtrack, you will be invited to journey inward, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself. The class concludes with a calming sound healing session to help integrate the experience, and a sharing circle to reflect and connect.

February 27th - Sacral
March 6th - Solar
March 13th - Heart
March 20th - Throat
March 27th - Third Eye
April 10th - Crown
