Sügise suur ekstaatilise tantsu pidu EKSTAAS kutsub Sind taas ühinema!
Oleme tagasi Pühali maagilises ruumis, et luua koos üks sügavalt puudutav, väestav ja vabanemist toov õhtu. Sellel erilisel õhtul loome koos ruumi, kus saame päriselt kuulata oma südame häält, lasta kehal tantsida oma lugu ja maanduda helidega. Õhtu koosneb kakaost, ekstaatilisest tantsust ja helirännakust.

Kakao, hingamine ja kohalolu loovad turvalise ja sügava ruumi, kus saab avada südame ja häälestada end sellele, mis päriselt oluline.

Tantsupõrandale toob tule DEEJAY K.O ehk DJ Keijo Tismus – eksootiliste helide meister. Tema afro house ja techno muusika on tuline, vabastav ja täis elu. Djembe ja trummide rütme ning väge annab juurde MARTIN-OTT SÜLLA ehk RÜTMOS. Ekstaatiline tants aitab Sul kontakti saada oma kehaga, lubada vabaks selle, mis enam ei teeni, ja tantsida endasse uut energiat ja väge. Tantsime vabalt ja hinnanguteta end ekstaasi.
✨ ÖÖKONTSERT / HELIRÄNNAK
Õhtu lõpetame maandava helirännakuga, mille toob ruumi SIMO SANTERI VIRTANEN. Helirännak viib meid täielikku lõdvestusse, kus meel saab rahuneda ja keha puhata. Siis saab integreeruda see, mis me sel õhtul endas avasime.
Helirännakut kogeme lamades. Kohapeal on mõningad matid ja pleedid olemas, kuid et mugavus garanteerida, võid enda asjad kaasa võtta.

The big ecstatic dance event of the fall, EKSTAAS, invites you to join us again!
We are back in the magical space of Pühali to create a deeply touching, empowering and liberating evening together. On this special evening, we will create a space together where we can truly listen to the voice of our hearts, let our bodies dance their own story and land with the sounds. The evening consists of cocoa, ecstatic dance and a sound journey.
✨ COCOA & PRESENCE
We come back to ourselves – to softness and heart, to power and the moment!
Cocoa, breathing and presence create a safe and deep space where you can open your heart and tune yourself to what is truly important.
✨ ECSTATIC DANCE
The dance floor will be lit by DEEJAY K.O aka. DJ Keijo Tismus – the master of exotic sounds. His afro house and techno music is fiery, liberating and full of life. The rhythm and power of the djembe and drums is provided by MARTIN-OTT SÜLLA aka. RÜTMOS. Ecstatic dance helps you get in touch with your body, let go of what no longer serves you, and dance new energy and power into yourself. We dance freely and without judgment into ecstasy.
✨ NIGHT CONCERT / SOUND JOURNEY
We end the evening with a grounding sound journey, brought to the room by SIMO SANTERI VIRTANEN. The sound journey takes us into complete relaxation, where the mind can calm down and the body rest. Then what we discovered in ourselves that evening can be integrated.
We experience the sound journey while lying down. There are some mats and blankets on site, but to guarantee comfort, you can bring your own things.
Ps. You can also bring your own water bottle.
