Starter 101

Do we have something for you?!!
Miss Bake & Bloom, (a. k. a. Paula Landeros) has agreed to host sourdough classes through the library! Class fee will be $20 per student (library is covering $5 of the original $25 per person).
Each registrant will go home with the supplies and knowledge needed to grow your very own sourdough starter, with of course some tasty taste tests to be had the evening of the class to show you your starter's potential!
First class to be held at the Satanta Community Building on Monday, March 23rd at 6:30pm.
Please RSVP at the library (620-649-2213) to guarantee enough supplies for everyone.
