Suspended in Sound is a deeply immersive aerial sound bath experience designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Participants are gently supported in an aerial hammock while live sound moves through a full 360-degree field, creating a cocoon-like environment that encourages the body to soften and rest deeply.
Suspension allows the body to release physical tension while sound supports mental and emotional settling, making this experience especially beneficial for those seeking rest, reflection, and deep relaxation.
This special Suspended in Love offering is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself during the season of love. The experience is heart-centered and intentional, creating space for self-reflection, acceptance, letting go, and receiving self-love.
What to Expect
• Assistance getting in and out of the hammock
• A safe, grounded, and guided experience
• Live sound throughout the session
• Time to rest, integrate, and settle before transitioning out
What to Bring
• Comfortable, warm layers
• A small pillow or blanket if desired
