Restorative Flow & Sound Journey

Do you feel like you never take time for you? How many of us have been told they should stretch or be mindful of what the body is screaming for, yet we shove that little voice to the back and tell it to wait. This is a dedicated hour, that holds accountability and honours the body. Restorative Flow Yoga is very gentle. Think of it as a deep, mindful, guided stretch, accompanied by a soothing sound bath to encourage relaxation.
