The PROSPER Conference presented by Employment and Social Development Canada, is a dynamic gathering designed to foster collaboration between First Nation Community workforce development partners, government, and employers. This event will provide an opportunity to explore strategies for employer-led mentorship from a First Nation lens, foundational workforce skills development, and innovative solutions to address industry needs.
Labour Force Technicians representing 40 First Nations agencies and Tribal Councils will be on hand, including representatives from 10 SIIT JobConnections Centers across the province. SITAG and SIIT currently represent a 6,000+ trained and labour-ready Indigenous workforce!
