The Kanātan Nipīy project is a 10-week program that aims to prepare students to write Level 1 Water Treat and Distribution and Level 1 Wastewater Treatment and Collection exams.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
- Essential skills (one week)
- Math, biology, chemistry preparation (two weeks)
- Water Treatment and Distribution Training Level One (two weeks)
- Wastewater Treatment and Collection Training Level One (two weeks)
- Customized training options (one week)
- Work experience (two weeks)
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Copy of Grade 12 or GED/CAEC transcript
- Copy of Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
- Driver Abstract (within the last 3 months)
- Copy of resume (with 3 references)
- Preference will be given to Indigenous applicants.
