Erin, a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, uses carefully selected instruments and frequencies to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, depression, and fatigue, and support deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated.

• Doors open at 2:45 PM for early settling in
• Session runs 3:00–4:30 PM
• Doors remain open until 4:45 PM for those who wish to stay a little longer and integrate
