Each session begins with a calming sound bath, flowing into a guided visualization, and concludes with additional time to immerse in the soothing sounds. Group Sound bath sessions will be on October 27th, November 10th and November 24th.
This series includes 3 guided group sound bath sessions, plus homework. You have the option to include 2 one on one coaching sessions with Darren or Pat to dive deeper into the material.
