11:00 to 12:30 General Karate Training (Kihon and Ippon Kumite)
12:30 to 1:30 Break (bring your own light lunch)
1:30 to 3:00 Kata (with bunkai)
3:00 to 4:00 Self Defense
4:00 to 5:30 Kobudo (Bo, Sai, Kama) (Bring own weapons)
