First Fridays for Single Moms!

All single moms are invited to join us for dinner and a time to connect with other single moms. Following dinner, we will have a powerful speaker! Based on our listening session and our surveys...you asked for help with stress management. (We are listening!!)

Heike Martin is a Certified Functional Medical Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner, a Certified Biology of Trauma Professional, and a Certified Life, Health & Wellness Coach who specializes in stress management. She will share insight into how stress effects our bodies and provide practical tips to deal with it.

Childcare will be available-please register so we can adequately prepare.

Tickets are free, walk-ons are welcome but it helps us tremendously if you register. Thank you!
