🍞 Festive Focaccia Workshop with The Frugal Fig

Tuesday, December 9 | 6–8 PM | Imperial City Brew House

Bring the delicious smells of the holidays into your home! Join The Frugal Fig for a cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make focaccia that’s soft, fluffy, and perfectly textured.

Over two hours, you’ll be guided through the key steps of fermentation, kneading, and shaping your own beautiful, yeasty dough to bake at home. Each participant will create both a rosemary wreath focaccia and a sweet apple & sage focaccia.

What to Bring:
One mixing bowl
One tea towel
A bag to carry everything home
1 cup of your favourite olive oil
