Our easy step-by-step class will have you baking healthy bread in no time.

All supplies are included.

Each student will learn:

To feed and maintain the starter

Techniques to mix and fold the dough

Bulk fermentation

The importance of shaping the dough

Proofing

What not to do

Students will leave with two loaves of prepped bread to bake at home and a mature jar of starter.

This class also includes a pint of beer and a bread tasting.

A mixing bowl
A tea towel
A digital scale if you have one
A bag to carry your goodies home
