Join us for a dynamic 3-hour seminar focused on practical self-defense using San-do-Ryu’s Reaction self Defense System. You'll train in both ground and stand-up techniques, starting with Resuringu-to Jujutsu for ground defense, then progressing to a diverse blend of stand-up skills drawn from multiple martial arts styles.
💪 No experience required — whether you're a seasoned martial artist or just starting out, this seminar is designed to equip you with effective techniques for real-world self-protection. Ages 10-up
👊 Led by 8th Dan Hanshi Jerry Cichon and a team of accomplished black belts sharing proven methods that work.
