This will be a Medieval Iron Chef Competition. The majority of the cooking and stuff will be done on site. The winning Chef will receive major bragging rights and a prize.
The event site will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. The feast will begin with opening court at noon. This should allow time for those who wish to shoot Archery in the morning. We will be on Lake 5, site S.
Please be aware that there is a park entry fee of $7 per car. The fee for the feast will be $15.00 person. Children under 12 will eat for free. If you would like to bring a dessert to share, then you will receive a $5.00 discount on the fee for the feast. Please make sure your dessert is large enough to feed 8 to 12 people. It does not need to be a period dish, but it is strongly encouraged.
Sir Finn, Sir Tailan and Sir Coda will complete for the Medieval Iron Chef Title. Each of them will present at least three dishes. The main secret ingredient is root vegetables. All three dishes must include them. The chef menus will be published by Sunday, Dec. 28th.

It is very important to get your RSVP in ahead of time so we can make sure we have enough food for all of you. Because you.....yes you -- the populace, will be the judges for the feast.
