Women Scream: A Gathering Space to Connect and Release

The world feels heavier and louder than ever — yet the spaces where we can truly let go and feel safe to be ourselves feel harder to find. Women Scream is a free monthly gathering designed to offer women a place to release what’s been stuck, reconnect with their bodies, and feel held in community.

What to expect:

• Guided reflection to explore what you’re ready to release
• Breathwork and meditation to ground and center
• A collective scream by the ocean — moving what’s been held in the body and opening space for healing and connection

Parking:

There is street parking and paid parking lots. Street parking is along Ocean Avenue/Barnard Way. At the corner of Hollister Avenue and Barnard Way, there is a dollar parking lot (1 dollar per hour)- if you are driving into the parking lot, it is the one on the right, not the left, near Perry's Beach Cafe. If it is full, there are other lots nearby.
