Led by Dr. Angelica, this immersive, heart-opening session is designed to help you close out 2025 with clarity, softness, and ease. Through grounding breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective journaling, you’ll gently release what no longer serves you, honor your growth, and step into the energy you want to carry into 2026. This experience is introspective without being heavy, structured without feeling rigid — a supportive space to reset, realign, and renew.
