Leicas & Scotch: In Conversation with Jamey Stillings

Mark Berndt interviews Santa Fe-based photographer and author JAMEY STILLINGS, discussing the evolution of his career across documentary, commercial, and commissioned fine art projects. He will also talk about his current long-term project on renewable energy, accompanied by a slideshow of images from various photographic genres. Jamey will have copies of his three books available, including the latest, ATACAMA: Renewable Energy and Mining in the High Desert of Chile. Attendees will be able to ask questions during a Q&A session following the presentation.

About JAMEY STILLINGS: Jamey Stillings is a Santa Fe-based photographer whose work in advertising, editorial, and fine art spans over forty years. Mastering a range of genres—including portraiture, landscape, aerials, and conceptual photography—his images blend color, design, and storytelling to create evocative photographs that are held in private and public collections worldwide.
