Horno Cooking Workshop

Date: Friday October 17th

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Location: 715 Camino Lejo, Horno Plaza

Cost: $40 per person

Come hungry for this hands-on workshop where you, the participant, learns practical skills for cooking in earthen ovens. This class will focus on:

Fire building and temperature control
Cooking techniques
Maintenance and safety
What We Will Cook:

Delicious Pizza, where you assemble your preferred ingredients to your taste buds!
Customized alternatives provided upon request to accommodate dietary restrictions. Some examples below:
Gluten free dough
Vegan pizza or bread
We will finish class with a group meal!

Participants will receive hands-on oven experience and basic instruction booklet.
