Saltgrass Cowboy Church and Cowgirls by Grace would like to invite you to our Fall Craft & Vendor Show. It is time to sell your crafts or products. Whether you are selling or buying, this will be a great event to attend.
Vendors, secure your space today! Through September 20th get an early bird 20% off registration special. Move quickly, space is limited.
Vendors can begin setup between 8-9:30am. A $50.00 fee is required for each 10' x 10' booth space. Registration must be completed by September 27, 2025. Registration will end early, if all spaces are reserved. All booths spaces will be marked and available first come, first served.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent/canopy, and all needed items. A tent canopy is not required, but recommended. Vendors are also required to donate an item with a $10 value or higher for door prize drawings to be held. Shoppers will receive one raffle ticket for attending the event, and you can give a ticket for each item they purchase from you. The more they buy, the more chances they have to win the door prize(s). Shoppers will have to fill out their tickets, and place them in the drawing bucket. Winners need not be present to win.
Vendors are responsible for set up, break down, and clean up of booth area. All trash must be placed in designated receptacles. Trash cans will be available in various locations.
This event supports the Cowgirls by Grace Ministry's efforts to provide Thanksgiving Day Dinner Grocery Baskets to families in our communities, and Christmas Gifts for kids registered on our Angel Tree. Let's come together in unity and make the Holidays special for families within our community!
