Meet Angela, she is a Bay Area Native who has studied and worked in Osaka and Taipei. She has worked as a part-time educator for over 8 years and is the founder of Bay Area Bun, a small local business to teach people how to create their own artisanal steamed buns. The buns are influenced by Japanese and Taiwanese designs and appetites, as Angela originally made them for her parents. She hopes that through the workshop, students will be able to continue making buns for their own loved ones too.
