"Understanding Birth eClass" is a unique online learning experience.  A complete course, online, that you can use to prepare for your upcoming birth. This online course is great for those with busy schedules or who prefer a digital-audio learning option.

In this online course you will learn about the birth process, coping methods for labor, and medical options. The course uses instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You will get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories.
