This event is a women’s only gathering to support a safe and uplifting environment for personal growth and heartfelt connection.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please arrive by 5:20 PM to settle in before we start.
• Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
• Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
• Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
