Roots & Rhythms: A Day of Healing, Music & Movement

We are coming together in love to walk beside Vanessa’s brother, who is in need of a kidney transplant. Vanessa Gonzales is a Therapist and Indigenous Culture Student who carries a beautiful essence into many spaces, guiding others with ceremony, song, and deep presence. Now, we unite with her family in this journey of hope and healing. 💚

At the same time, this day is an invitation to step into your own healing. Through yoga, cacao, sound, family constellation, breathwork, sacred medicine (Hapé & Sananga), live music, and dance, we will open pathways for renewal, release, and connection.

• 9:00 – 9:45 AM | Yoga Flow + Sound Bath – Autumn Kunz & Vivian Figueroa

• 10:00 – 11:00 AM | Community Brunch – Plant-based meal & connection

• 11:15 – 12:00 PM | Family Constellation – Vanessa Gonzales

• 12:15 – 12:45 PM | Cacao Ceremony – Vanessa Gonzales & Autumn Kunz

• 1:00 – 1:45 PM | Voice Activation & Breathwork – Vanessa Gonzales

• 2:00 – 3:45 PM | Medicine Ceremony (Optional) + Interactive Concert – Vanessa Gonzales & William

• 3:45 – 4:15 PM | Reflection Space – Guided Process

• 4:15 – 5:00 PM | DJ Closing Set – Tyson Kunz 🎧

• Full Day (all sessions + food): $77 – $177

• Individual Sessions: $33 – $55
