Forge of War: United

Forge of War: United is a relaxed, beginner-friendly Warhammer 40,000 doubles event focused on teamwork, learning new armies, and enjoying great games in a welcoming environment.

Teams of two players will fight side-by-side across three games, sharing Command Points, objectives, and victory conditions. This event is designed to be fun-first, encouraging new or developing armies and avoiding overly competitive pressure.

Whether you’re starting a new force, returning to the hobby, or just want a great day of doubles Warhammer, Forge of War: United is the perfect event to team up and roll some dice.

• Format: Warhammer 40,000 Doubles
• Teams: 2 players per team
• Points: 750 points per player (1500 points per team)
• Games: 3 rounds
• Missions: Fixed Primary Missions, Tactical Secondaries
• Tables: Themed tables with fixed terrain layouts
• Scoring: Victory Points only (no Battle-Ready points)

• Anyone looking for a friendly, social Warhammer event

Painting is optional, and the focus is on clear rules, shared understanding, and enjoyable games rather than “gotcha” moments.

• Army lists must be submitted via Best Coast Pairings
• Terrain rules and table layouts will be provided in the event pack
• Full rules pack will be shared with attendees before the event
• Players are encouraged to sign up as pre-arranged doubles teams. Solo players are welcome — please contact the organiser in advance and we will do our best to help pair you with another player before the event.
