Forest Bathing at The Lodge

Secure your spot early and step into serenity with our guided Forest Bathing experiences.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this gentle, mindful session in the heart of the woodland invites you to awaken your senses, reduce stress, and experience the healing power of nature.

Led by a certified guide from The Forest Bathing Institute, expect two hours of calm and mindfulness as you are immersed in the sights, sounds, scents and sensations of our beautiful nature reserve.
