Asana Beats isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a full-body, mind-opening experience. Merging breath, rhythm, and flow, this silent disco yoga session guides you on a musical, spiritual, and emotional journey.
We begin slow and intentional, with grounding soundscapes, easing you into your body and breath. As the energy builds, we shift into flowing with upbeat music, inviting movement, connection, and release. From there, we drop into tribal bass beats, shaking loose anything you’re ready to let go of—fully stepping out of your skin and into your power. To close, we bring the energy down gently, guiding you back to a calm state of presence and integration.

Bring a mat, towel, water bottle.
Room is non-heated, but likely you will sweat.
