You may have experienced Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar) in yoga classes, but are you wanting to understand the magic of this flow?

This clinic is designed to help you move freely and effectively, with the breath, through your Moon Salutes at home and in classes!

Experience the movements, explore modifications and learn techniques to ensure safety and ease while connecting to the power and energy of the moon.

Suitable for beginners and for those wishing to advance their practice and technique.

As a registered Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance, this workshop with Jen attracts Continuing Education points for Yoga Teachers.

Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.

Working with the mysterious feminine energy of the moon, the seasons and the wheel of the year festivals to connect with nature are Jen’s passion.
