Moving through the Tarot: Tarot, Yoga and Sound Healing- Oh My!! Play with the field of possibilities as we circle with the intention to invoke healing in our selves, each other and our world. We begin in contemplation, encouraging our curiosity around the messages received from the wisdom of the Tarot before bringing the card reading to life through a somatic movement practice that blends yoga, neuroscience, qi gong and functional range of motion exercises. Messages and movements meld into embodied wisdom as you melt back into your mat for a sound healing Savasana (rest). Fly over the rainbow, across the universe, to the moon and back via melodic crystal vibrations.
