Sensual Sunday

Unearth a sacred relationship to your sensual nature in this women’s workshop. You will learn holistic practices derived from ancient Taoist and Tantric techniques to build a bridge between sensuality and spirit in an accessible way. We will use breathwork, movement, sound and energy exercises to open the door to radical acceptance and profound intimacy with all aspects of the self. We will co-create a safe space to explore the foundations of space holding, conscious communication, understanding & honoring boundaries as you connect to your sensual self, and learn to live through your desires. Intentional sensuality is a powerful practice that can change the way you experience self love and pleasure and unlock your innate feminine wisdom and creative fire.
